City of Wanneroo Building Permits for Patios and Pergolas
Building permits for patios, pergolas, carports, shade sails, sheds, houses, etc. require a building permit (apply online) from the City of Wanneroo before any works can begin. There some exemptions under the Building Regulations 2012.
